What happens when you call the bureau
You will be speaking with an assessor who will identify the most appropriate way for us to help you. This could be giving you the information you need to solve the problem yourself. Or it could be making an appointment to discuss your problem further - in person or by phone. Sometimes, we might direct you to a different organisation that is better placed to help you.
Oldham District Citizens Advice Bureau currently has points of access to the service at the ICC health centre (every Monday), First Choice Homes Main Office (Tuesday morning tenants only) AKSA housing (tenants only).
